If you want to gain muscles you must make sure you eat enough calories and protein. Here is eating plan for skinny guys to gain more mass. This eating plan gives around 2500 calories and at least 150g protein. This should be good guideline for how much you need to eat to gain muscle mass if your weight is under 70 kg. If your weight is more than 70 kg you should eat a lot more. And off course you need to workout at least 3 times per week.
 

Breakfast
