Kava Kava The Root of Happiness

Root that has been used thousand of years as effective natural social tonic. Banned and now legal.

What is Kava

Kava (Piper methysticum) is know as “social herb” also known as “Root Of Happiness”. Kava has been used as social tonic in south pacific for ages, in western countries it’s been used for reducing anxiety. Using Kava produces mild euphoria and relaxation and it’s benefits are mildly talkative and social behavior, clear thinking, calmness, relaxed muscles, and a sense of well-being. Kava root is know to be one of the best natural remedies for anxiety.

Safety of Kava

Kava which has been produced by “non traditional way”(using leafs and ethanol extracts) was being sold in Europe in early 2000 and there was concerns of liver problems, which caused almost word-wide ban to Kava. This has been show false and this ban is now removed from almost every country.

Studies show that there should not be any problems using high quality Kava Root products produced traditional way using only roots(source).

Kava is now legal most of the countries, but some countries might have it still on banned list. Check your country laws before ordering.

Remember Kava has been used traditional way over thousands years without side effects. Long term hardcore uses of Kava has been reported to cause little skin rashes. If you want to be sure take only when you want to relax.

Alcohol and Kava

Kava is great alternative for alcohol. But I don’t recommend mixing or drinking alcohol with Kava. Traditional use of Kava never included alcohol.
